Case Manager- Full Time: The Case Manager assists persons with disabilities and provides case management services to an assigned caseload based on participant population.  They assist individuals in vocational and employment training and planning.  Successful candidate would need to have a Bachelorís degree and one to two years of related training and/or experience.

Adult Day Specialist at the Sparta Day Center- Full Time. We are seeking a highly motivated and team oriented professional. This person will assist individuals with multiple disabilities, behaviors and limited skills in social development, community involvement and personal needs. Successful candidate must be reliable and maintain an appropriate driving record.

Adult Day Specialist at the Tomah Day Center/driver- Full Time.  We are seeking a highly motivated and team oriented professional.   This person will assist individuals with multiple disabilities, behaviors and limited skills in social development, community involvement and personal needs.  Individuals will also assist clients in their home and community to assure adequate functioning and safety.  This position would also include transporting individuals in an afternoon shift.  Successful candidate must be reliable and maintain an appropriate driving record.

Production Assistant/driver in Tomah. Handishop is looking for a team oriented person who would transport persons with disabilities in a morning shift and continue their day and train participants in vocational tasks in the work center program in the production department. They would plan, direct and coordinate daily production issues in a rehabilitation facility. A successful candidate will be dependable, have the ability to work with people having a wide range of disabilities, and hold a valid driverís license with a good driving record.
