Production Coordinator- Full Time:  This person is responsible for submitting bids for new contracts, maintaining existing contracts and coordinating time studies.  The Production Coordinator is also responsible for providing a work efficient environment for participants which will involve ongoing training as needed.  This position would also assist with forklift driving as needed.

Job Coach- Full Time: The Job Coach is responsible for training and providing supports to assigned individuals at community work sites and in a classroom setting.  This person breaks tasks down to achievable components as they instruct and guide participants in general skills that will lead to employment.  The job coach also evaluates job performances to make recommendations concerning goals and objectives.  Successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and/or weekend hours.

Lead Janitor with maintenance duties- Part Time: The Lead Janitor supervises and coordinates activities of Janitors at our Tomah facility. The lead janitor provides custodial activities and maintains building and grounds performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, and other related maintenance activities including lawn care and snow removal.  Candidates must have a flexible schedule, hours could vary depending on elements.

Rest Area Lead Worker- Full Time: We are seeking an energetic person for a full time Lead Worker at the Rest Area near Black River Falls.  Duties include supervising and coaching people with disabilities with their tasks.  The lead worker will at times be cleaning restrooms and picnic areas, mowing lawns and removing snow along with the crew.  Successful candidates will be dependable, have the ability to work with people having a wide range of disabilities, and hold a valid driverís license with a good driving record.
