Job Coach- Full Time: The Job Coach is responsible for training and providing supports to assigned individuals at community work sites and in a classroom setting.  This person breaks tasks down to achievable components as they instruct and guide participants in general skills that will lead to employment.  The job coach also evaluates job performances to make recommendations concerning goals and objectives.  Successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and/or weekend hours.

Rest Area Lead Worker: 3 openings-

Sparta WI (Part time)

Black River Falls WI (Full time- First Shift)

Hazel Green WI (Near Dubuque IA)- Part Time

Duties include supervising and coaching people with disabilities with their tasks.  The lead worker will at times be cleaning restrooms and picnic areas, mowing lawns and removing snow along with the crew.  Successful candidates will be dependable, have the ability to work with people having a wide range of disabilities, and hold a valid driverís license with a good driving record.
