Adult Day Specialist at the Tomah Day Center- Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and team oriented professional.   This person will assist individuals with multiple disabilities, behaviors and limited skills in social development, community involvement and personal needs.  Individuals will also assist clients in their home and community to assure adequate functioning and safety.  Successful candidate must be reliable and maintain an appropriate driving record.
